The complimentary breakfast was appreciated, providing a fair selection for starting the day. Comfortable beds ensured restful nights despite the hotel’s other shortcomings.

The cleanliness left much to be desired—gravel on the floor and a tub that needed serious attention were significant letdowns. Towels showed signs of wear and weren’t bleached properly, and the mini fridge failed to function, which was inconvenient. The auto lock on the door wasn’t working, forcing us to stay in the room to ensure security. Additionally, the trash wasn’t emptied during our entire stay, and a TV with missing channels became an unnecessary frustration.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with local delivery recommendations, which I still remember. I highly recommend checking out the...

The room was spacious and included a kitchenette, which made it convenient for a family stay. Comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. However, the outdated bathroom facilities and some cleanliness issues, like a leak on the bathroom floor, were disappointing. The breakfast options were limited, but the cream cheese served was a pleasant addition.

But my room had an odd smell that could rival a cheese shop and the air conditioner was more of a decorative piece than functional. Let's just say it wasn't exactly a spa retreat!

The room was sizable, perfect for a couple. I appreciated the drive-up access, making it easy to load and unload luggage. Being within walking distance to several stores was a pleasant surprise, allowing us to explore the area conveniently. The city view...

The room was spacious and included a large TV, but unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast options were limited and could use some additional variety. The location was convenient, but the overall state of the facilities, like outdated furniture and noise from the air conditioning, detracted from the experience.

Loved the spacious room with a kitchenette and enjoyed using the pool during our stay. Definitely a great value for families.

This place was just a decent option for an overnight stay in Charlottetown with high value for money. The front desk service was awesome and really friendly, which helped me feel welcome. Make sure to check the cleanliness of your room before settling in to avoid any surprises.

The room was pretty spacious and quiet, which was great. I loved that there was a kitchenette and a little patio to enjoy outside. However, it could've been cleaner, especially the AC unit—it had some mold. There were some cobwebs in the corners too. There was also a restaurant downstairs, but the breakfast trays were often empty when I went. Still, the price was decent for what we got.

Couple's weekend, decent enough

Staff were super friendly, made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped in. The breakfast, can't believe it, was actually pretty good, decent coffee to start the day.
